What Does It Do?[]
Creates a new section in Kentucky law establishing a certification program for disabled veteran-owned businesses, as well as define "disabled veteran" and "disabled veteran-owned business". Additionally, this bill would require the Office of Equal Employment Opportunity and Contract Compliance to create guidelines for the certificate program and the application process.
