An ACT relating to recreational therapists and making an appropriation therefore[]
This act will create new sections in KRS 319D in order to establish the Kentucky Board of Licensure for Recreational Therapy and create new definitions. This will also establish meeting limits, responsibilities and fees for the board and licensure processes.
